The computer is fast in 16gb RAM.
It is best for students who wants to code or work in big applications. The turning on and off takes a few seconds, which can be similar to the logging in from the sleep mode. The backlit keyboard has two mode of light(full bright and light bright). The battery is good, you can use it for 5-6 hours watching and streaming on internet. The speaker is nice, gives you a clear sound. The camera is not better than other models. Even on FHD it is ok but not so good in low light. The touch is perfect and smooth. The fingerprint sensor works good can be used to log in to the pc instead of password or passcode. The laptop is light and is easy to carry in bags or in hand for it's thin structure.

Love this laptop 2 in 1
I use this laptop for both personal and work use. I had the 14" model before and loved it too. I really like the expanded RAM and larger SSD hard drive.

Buen equipo con pésimo servicio técnico de la marca
Lo bueno: aptop 360 la usaré para estudios y trabajo. Realmente muy buena en relación precio-calidad.Lo malo: Pero cuando la encendí por primera vez empezó a parpadear la pantalla, se ponía blanca y negro. Llamé a la asistencia de Amazon, me dieron el soporte, pero no se solucionaba el problema. A la mañana siguiente me contacté al Contact Center de la marca HP y no me dieron solución. Escribí al Whatsapp y tampoco tuve respuesta. Ingresé mi requerimiento y me dieron un número de caso y tampoco tuve atención. Realmente pésimo servicio de soporte técnico de la marca.De manera momentánea se solucionó el problema por mis propios medios. Sin embargo, días después el problema persistió y la pantalla parpadeaba. Seguí los pasos anteriores y no se arregló.Finalmente tuve que devolver el equipo
