Remarkable Heels

I ordered large , if you exactly measure it then it's hardly half a inch thick , very hard and uncomfortable, I have ordered from other sellers which are better than this , not buying it again . Waste of my money.

Great for people with flat feet that heal strike when running!
I have extremely flat feet and I heal strike when I jog or go for a run I really needed heal support. The leverage these insoles give me are perfect to try to run on my toes and activate my calves and run the right way and not have shin splints or lower back pain. Great stuff!

insoles were too hard feeling not comfortable for me.

1 inch height increase...perfect fit into sports shoes as well leather formal shoes. Ordered two pairs

Good and Not good
This makes my feet very comfortable and makes me look taller.But the pad is so long that if you put it inside the shoes, the shoes will get smaller and you can't wear it.
