This product is disappointing. Below is my evaluation of the four components.The pole: An excellent, robust, extendable pole of high quality. Very well designed and easy to use.The round attachment: It's brisly and lacks the softness needed to clean walls or the header of blinds. Its scratchy stature makes it suitable for cleaning inside a heating duct, but not general household cleaning.The straight, long attachment: It's very soft, but the end lacks sufficient thickness to adequately cover the plastic nub. This requires care to avoid scratching surfaces.The ceiling fan attachment: Excellent flexibility to angle the attachment as needed to clean ceiling fan blades or ledges.Overall, two of the three attachments fail the litmus test of functionality. The concept is good, but the execution is flawed. At $40 for the entire assemblage, one should reasonably expect a cleaning kit containing 100% useful parts.Update: Johnny from Eversprout contacted me and shipped a new cleaning package at no cost. One does not often encounter exemplary service, but this company provides it. Stellar service sometimes seems obsolete, but this company proves it still exists. I am upgrading my review to 5 stars.

Easy to use and works well! I am almost 60 and 5’4”. I am able to dust ceiling fans and walls/corners as well as quickly dust furniture! It’s great to use weekly or when someone stops by unexpectedly! Great quality and easy to change heads! I will spray a bit of antibacterial Pledge lightly on the dust heads before using which also helps!

This product lived up to the description - parts come very nicely packed and arrived on time. The handles are very well made and seem like they will last a long time.The dusting parts also seem like they will hold up and work really well while cleaning. Some of the parts like the flexible fan duster can be thrown in the wash while other parts unfortunately have to be cleaned by hand - good news is they seem to hold a lot of dust before you would need to clean.Overall very pleased with the product.

Great product. No complaints. Works well with a tall person and high ceilings but may be too short for some.

I no longer use Swiffers and don’t have anything to throw away. Easy to clean and reuse over and over again. The wand for ceiling Fan blades is easy to use and gets the blades really clean.

Quality, effective, sturdy. Does the job it’s meant to do.

The pole on this thing is pretty solid, not going to bend and break like others.

I dislike that it did not extend 8 to 10 feet. The rod is sturdy and the attachments are easy to use.
