well its very quick delivery of this produxt... i woupd like to inform you all that all the reviews under this produxt are of processor AMD A6 but this is new one A9 .use for first time it is lagging maybe becz of its frst time heavy use and pending updates.. will look for its true rating after one month..

Slow like a Tortoise. Don't buy.
Very basic laptop. Suitable only for basic browsing and routine tasks. Very slow and processing is tooo slow. If you need speed, please don't buy this laptop. If your requirement is to get a cheap laptop for occasional use, go for it. If you need speed and performance, don't buy this. There is no single LED indicator or light that will tell you whether the laptop is on of off. Battery life is too average. It lasts for max 3 hrs. You need to wait with patience before an application opens up. Very irritating sometimes as the laptop becomes too slow when you reboot. It becomes normal after 5 mins of reboot. 4Gb ram is not at all sufficient.

I'm changing my review 😃 from 1 🌟 to 5 🌟 because when I bought this laptop then that time was facing with lot of problems lot of lag they taking too much time for opening a file or folder or photos but I was thought that I can expend more 3000 then I will fell happy and that's truth I spent 3000 rs for SSD card I removed my Hard drive and insert a 240 GB SSD card and now my laptop is to much fast atleast 10 times fast from my new laptop you can expend 3000 and you feel like a pro laptop it's a promise

Too Slow...less responsive
I bought this pc for my kids online school classes and other person work so planned to buy 4 GB RAM and AMD A9 processor.. but it response is too slow, need to wait open any app or folder for couple of seconds, this is frustrating.. i tried to reach dell and wanted to talk dell customer care but it prompted to online diagnosis (came out all okay) and so never got chance to talk dell folks so nobody available and understand the problem. Frustrating! I don't recommend this product however it cheaper than i3/i5.

Advisable only for students
It's an okay okay product for a lighter use. The speed is too slow and the response time for each application is slow too. Sometimes hangs. It's just two weeks old. Mainly bought it for work from home purpose. Worth the price but not the performance.

Awesome product
Good for attending classes, performance is good, battery can be worked on, looks classy and a laptop of dell in this price range is worth it, go for 3.1 AMD, wont lag!
