I really did not think it would be so big and heavy,bulletproof!!! to be 300watt is large, excellent quality, finish. no heating, and is quiet, excellent product from Morningstar, would buy again, price = quality!

WARNING!!! This unit should not be sold in the United States as the voltage does not work on US appliances. It is a scam to charge restocking fees. This same unit has probably been sold dozens of times, only to be returned.

A solid, fanless inverter that just works.
We use this inverter to power a 48 port PoE Ethernet switch in a remote location that has terrible power. We currently use a 48V 400W power supply to drive a Morningstar Prostar solar charger that keeps a 250AH AGM battery charged. This inverter is powered off of that battery giving us a 100% uptime UPS for this critical piece of equipment. The sealed finless design is perfect for the installation as it is not a particularly clean environment. It has operated flawlessly for over two years giving us the kind of performance that we have come to expect from Morningstar. Morningstar is also very responsive to any tech support issue we have had over any of their products we have used. I would highly recommend this product and company to others.

Great Inverter, rock solid.
Mine has worked flawlessly for over 10 years, powering a wireless internet bridge from my garage to my home system. One great little inverter!

The best inverter money can buy!
These inverters are the best around, absolutely bullet proof.Not cheap, not light, but very, very good, very reliable, and will handle 100% overload for up to 15 minutes depending on temperature.And yes, obviously you need to buy the correct voltage! Don't complain if you buy the wrong model!

7 Years always on - and still fully functional
I had this inverter powering my village home which has all Led lighting and on LCD TV set with no problems at all for the last 7 years. The voltage is offered in 220V and 110V. reviewers who complain about voltage should always chose the model with the right voltage. Highly recommended, Very Durable, quiet, auto recovery from over-load and battery low voltage. This is how all inverters should be made. Thank you Morningstar.
