I bought this for someone and they said it started to work immediately after the first use.

Excellent product to keep areas dry and has anti fungal medication. However, the large holes in the top of the plastic bottle do not allow control of dispensing the powder. The slightest tap of the bottle results in a huge amount of powder dispensed. Here's a solution. Rather than removing the seal below the top completely, peel it back slightly, then fold it over, before screwing back the top. This will expose about two holes. Tapping the plastic bottle gently will allow a dispensing a controlled amount of powder. Want more powder dispensed? Just fold back the seal a bit more and screw the top back on.

I went to doctor suffering with tinea pedis in my groin area. I had it for months and didn't know what it was (thinking it would just go away naturally). I was hesitant to purchase this when I saw the pictures of the some of the packages arriving spilled. But my package arrived just fine. The product works as described. It has helped a great deal with my skin issues. It absorbs moisture really well so try not to overuse it so as not to dry out the skin.
