Q: What is the pen hole size? 1.6mm?

Smaller than 1.6mm - The smallest drill I have is 1.54mm and almost fits. I am guessing 1.50mm.

Q: Do the holes go all the way through the board?

Yes the holes go all the way thru. You may have to make your own pins. They are smaller than most honeycomb boards. I just bought some Hard bailing wire,I think 1.2mm, and made my own. You can make whatever size you need. Hope this helps someone.

Q: Is the honeycomb flush and smooth, or raised? Is the board level, or does it wobble?

Flush and smooth on one side and raised on the other. The board is level and does not wobble

Q: What size pin (ceramic or metal) will this honeycomb accept?

I have used regular "T" pins and it works fine - I am not familiar with Ceramic pins
