Taste is good, but has little spiky things in it which were inconvenient. Removing them, which I wanted to do, was a chore.

Excellent taste.
Very concentrated I add 4 tablespoons of cold water to two tablessoons of the sorrel and add edd sour cream or plain yogurt and serve with baked potato. It reminds me of my late Moms sorrel soup.

Grainy
The texture was grainy. Need to use a sieve.

Definitely not a good sorrel. It lacks a flavour and has a weird texture when cooks in a soup
