Fungus formed on chew sticks
After just two days of delivery, I found fungus growing on the chew sticks when I was about to give them to my dog. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous. How can you sell spoiled, fungus-infected products meant for pets? This shows serious negligence, poor storage, and zero quality control. Such items can cause severe health issues and even be life-threatening for animals. This is not just a complaint — it is a serious safety concern. I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund or replacement. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and warn other customers.
