I bought this product because I saw a review on another site talking about how it helps with pain in the body! So I looked it up to see what else it would do because I don’t really necessarily need it for pain. But I was interested about it. Then I read that it helps to lower cortisol and a lot of other things. Then when I started taking it, I realized it helped me to go to sleep quicker at night. Which must be the lowering of the cortisol and it also helped me to be calm throughout the day, which was absolutely priceless to me! I’m a school bus driver and being calm driving and dealing with the kids is a must! I would definitely recommend this product.But the thing about helping me to sleep and relax is, it does not over tire me out that I cannot manage. It works gently and efficiently, and only when it needs to. Excellent product.I would only warn that if you are using it for the first time, it will be a lot more effective, and you should probably only take it at night in the beginning until your body is used to it then you can take it twice a day, morning and night.

I have chronic fatigue and stomach issues.This helped a little, but not enough to buy again. Here is my breakdown.Pros- no bad taste- good value, plenty of pills for the price- helped my abdominal painCon- did not affect my energy level or focus level- did not substantially help my symptoms or pain, therefore not effective for me

I've noticed a difference in my appetite and my stomach getting smaller. The taste can be a little strong at first but it doesn't last. Started only taking 2 in the morning but didn't really start noticing a difference until added the 2 at night.
