I LOVE this thing! I have had multiple USB portable chargers but this one is, hands down, my favorite. I love all of the color options and the charger itself is nice and sturdy. It has a very high quality brushed metal finish and feels nice and solid in your hand. The charging lights at the bottom that show you the battery percentage are a huge help and this thing holds a charge for a LONG time. I've used it to charge my phone from 3% to full, a friends phone from 40% to full and it still had 50% battery life left afterwards. I keep it in my purse (in the handy included pouch) and if you're not using it the drain is super slow and a week after charging it still was at 100% when I went to use it. As if all of this wasn't good enough, it has a flashlight on it! Bonus! I was able to purchase this at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

VERY DISAPPOINTED TO LOVING IT!!!
i could have given this product a 5star. it's really slim. very handy and lightweight .. the size is perfect .. and looks like it works good. i decided to give it 1star though for the reason that this battery is obviously used. please refer to the photos to prove ..too many scratches .. for $38 i wouldn't wana rely on a used item coz i don't know how long it will last.i'm giving this product a rate from 1 to 5star now. thank you seller for responding to my issue fast and helping me out. so i realized there was just really this very thin protective film that just needed to be peeled off of the control panel that proves it's really brand new. that was mah bad :( .. the suppose scratches were just on the film. yay! now i get to keep it 😊

FINE PRODUCT! FINE COMPANY! The unit is powerful, super fast charging and accommodates many devices with it's 2 USB ports.My first unit arrived, even though it worked, it would blink. I contacted the company , who promptly shipped another unit and gave me a smallrefund for my troubles. Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days.I would highly recommend this unit. What I found to be an added benefit is you can take your phone to another room and charge, anywhere really without having to worry about getting your charger cord.

It charges up my iPod just fine, but anything like my phone or tablet it will not charge. It's not the cable because it works just fine when connected to a wall outlet and it's not the phone or tablet because that same cable charges them up from the wall as well. It just won't connect to my phone or Kindle.

Stylish and powerful; not lightning fast
The Pachyderm is a great size and it very useful since it has the two ports for changing. It's a beautiful color and matched my white/gold iphone 5s :) The lights indicating how much charge is left are also great and accurate. It does hold a fair amount of charge - the only [small] downside is that it doesn't charge things as quickly as I thought it would. My phone takes a couple hours to get fully charged from ~40%. Overall, an awesome product!

I love love love love love this!!!! It's a POWERHOUSE!!!! I charge IPhone, iPad, game boys... It does multiple charges off of one charge cycle. Won't be without it! Each of my kids now have one!!!

Amazing charger!!!
MAN! I LOVE my Pachyderm!I've charged my iPhone twice today (it reached about 20% one of the times, and 30% range the other). Hooked it up to my Pachyderm charged it right up (and fast too! Just about 30mins). The Pachyderm battery, after using it twice is at 75% charge left. That's incredible!!Highly recommend getting this! It's thin, light-weight, sleek appearance. You can slip it in a purse, or pack it on a trip! Now I don't have to worry if my hotel room has enough plugs for my iPhone and Laptop!
