The best Nutritional yeast i tried so far. I feel the results within half n hour or consuming this with my meal. Feel a lot more grounded , focussed and calm..it's a must source for healthy brain functioning.

My first time with this product and so far it's worked out quite well. I've used this for preparing vegan butter, vegan sauces, vegan cheese including parmesan. Quite happy with this and will re-purchase once my stock runs out.
