This size is awesome.
Pow! New laptop for my son (Toshiba) and replaced this drive with the regular one. Boot up time is 17 seconds instead of 109 seconds. Don't think you need a terabyte of space. This size is awesome.

Make Sure You Get the Right Adapter Cable For This Product
This is a great way to upgrade your computer. And this product is performing as expected once I got it installed. My computer boots up really fast and shuts down fast as well. But the reason I only gave it 3 stars was the Sabrent adapter cable I bought along with it wasn't the right one for the job. I was led to believe I needed the EC-SSHD unit when I REALLY needed the USB-DSC9 unit that I only found out about by contacting Sabrent. Once I got the right cable everything worked out just fine. But it was a real hassle finding out which cable was the right one. Again, it's the USB-DSC9, which is more of a universal cable that can be used for a number of other types of jobs as well, which makes it a bit clumsy to hook up but nevertheless highly effective when you DO get it connected.

Very nice SSD. The reason I bought this is not only about speed but energy consumption. The laptop's cooling fan stays quiet and battery lasts longer compare to the other SSD such as Samsung or SanDisk. I'm very happy with this SSD.
