Makes great rice without hassles
The product works great as advertised. Great for people who have no kitchen setup for making rice.However, I do have a setup and was looking at a rice cooker for ease and convenience! To avoid sticking, you have to use the perforated plate as suggested. However, it is difficult to clean that.As a work around, I timed the time required to cook the rice. In my case, for rice soaked for an hour, with 3X water takes 25min (may vary for you). With this i could directly book the rice without the perforated plate. and to automate, i used a smart switch to allow to Switch ON and Off, maintaining the 25 min time.Also, when used without the perforated plate, some of the water comes out. So, I replaced that with an heavier lid that keeps the water inside!Hope this is useful!

Good rice cooker
Works as expected. It will need a separate utensil though for cooking the rice and not directly within the aluminium pot as advertised. Quality of rice cooked is very good. If you put rice directly in the pot then it shall burn, so better not do that. Aluminium pot is of average quality and takes time to heat up the water. Rice cooker is immensely helpful to warm up the food as well with less intervention and cost effective as well over gas.

Worst product
I bought this rice cooker during sale when I first received the product, it was not working. Then I kept for exchange and delivered with other. I started using after 1 month of purchase though I checked when I get it. The lid has broken after one week of use. It seems the lid is of very poor quality.
