A nice rice bowl. The small size is like other small rice bowls I have- good for 1 serving of rice, but too small for toppings.Pros:* The design is under the glaze (this is safer in regards to lead and cadmium than designs that are applied as decals above the glaze)* on the outside, the glaze thickness follows the pattern of the waves. The rippled pattern is pleasing and makes the piece feel more fancy*The whale pattern is elegant*The bowl is pretty light, so it is easy to hold*this is a small thing, but I prefer ceramics with a makers mark, so I can locate more pieces from a pattern later. This piece has a clear maker's mark.Cons:*There are some glaze drips on the porcelain body on the base, and some application errors on the inner whale pattern. I don't think these are an issue, personally. But if you are the sort of perfectionist that would reject a pottery second for it's imperfections, this may be a deal breaker for you.Overall, I like the quality. At this price point, one could get plain, discounted bone china, or porcelain with simple patterns, usually. So to get a bowl with a complex design with a few flaws seems more than fair.

息子がたくさん食べるようになったのでこちらを購入しました。手のひらサイズで使いやすく、何より渋い色合いのくじらでかっこいいです。海の生物が好きな息子はとても喜んでいました。

小1男児の茶碗として購入。大胆な鯨の藍色の絵を、子供は大層気に入っています。サイズ的には女性や子供用茶碗のサイズ感。値段も手頃で、送料無料なのも有り難い。高学年〜中学生になった時も、Amazonで扱っていたらLサイズを購入しようと思う。

実際届いた商品を手に取った際には、とても素敵な商品でした。大きさ、重さ、デザインともにとても満足しています。特にデザインは画像以上に可愛い感じで、とても愛着のある食器になっています。とてもオススメしたい商品です。

４４０円とは思えないハイクオリティです。浮き彫りの絵がとっても良いです。中サイズを買いましたが、多めに食べる人にはちょっと小さいかな、と思いました。
