Great pitcher that’s easy to fill with the top opening. The handle is a smooth wood that’s sturdy and comfortable to hold. The water tastes good and it drips quickly through the filter. Highly recommended!

I live in central Florida and the water is not the best. With it being so hot and humid I just wanted good water to drink for me and my pets. After drinking a bottle of water that didn’t taste any better than my tap water, I spent two days reading reviews. I finally settled on this pitcher and so glad I did! The filtered water tastes amazing and I was very pleased with the relatively quick filtration. The pitcher is a little heavy when full but that’s not a big deal. One thing that really impressed me was the filter life being so much longer than the others. Since I’m using it for my pets also (3 cats, 1 dog), filter life was important. Yesterday I washed their fountains and filled them up with filtered water and they’re drinking much more than previously and I am too. Love this pitcher!

Love this water filter container. Wooden handle is great vs. plastic.When it's full, the container can be heavy to pour and you have to hold down the lid near the front corner area while pouring, because the lid doesn't lock into the container and it will leak water all over.The container being heavy when it's full, you have hold it with both hands when pouring. I place my left hand towards the top left side, and place my fore finger over the lid side to prevent leaks when I pour water and this allows for a good a grip of the container too.Water tasted great after one thorough rinse.Great price. I wish this container came with at least 1 extra filter. I bought 2 extra filters.

The media could not be loaded. Update:From 3 stars to 5 stars now. I love it! It’s just the initial process i guess. They emailed me about it as well and was willing to replace but I realized it was unnecessary because it was clear after the soaking and flushing through a few times. The filtered out water came clear each time and now I’m on my new filter after a few months. It’s very convenient for two people and we saved on bottled waters. I think the price is reasonable and just right.Original:I just got it today and immediately followed all directions. I will update this rating later if it is just the initial installation of every new filter but yes, I have a couple black particles that are a little hard to see, and some teeny tiny white beads as well that reminds me of styrofoam. It’s a little hard to see in the photos and video but I was able to grab one to show yall. Is it normal and safe? The white stuff is so tiny that if I do not look carefully and if it actually gets through the filter to the supposedly clean filtered portion to drink, me or my family member might accidentally drink it and probably wouldn’t notice it. That would be concerning and scary to drink. I didn’t see any in the clean portion so far but I’m not sure that will be consistent throughout the refilling until it’s time for a new filter. It tastes fine and good. Looks attractive as well. I guess I’ll just keep checking each time i drink for now to see.

I can’t say enough how much I love this pitcher. I bought this pitcher in October of last year, after the handle to my Brita pitcher broke off. I wanted to try something different so I got this one. First of all, I have yet to change the filter, as the indicator light is still blinking blue (good) after 9 months. I have a family of four and we use a lot of filtered water. So that alone impressed me alot! I love that the filter doesn’t sit in the water, and I love how fast it filters the water through. You don’t even have to remove the lid to fill it. It’s a little heavy when filled, but that’s ok when you consider the pros of this pitcher. Oh, and the water tastes great. Our water where we live tastes so bad I won’t even drink it, but the water from this pitcher is a big improvement. I have had zero issues with it. Would absolutely recommend this pitcher.

Love the look and ease of filter

We’ve been impressed with this system! The water tastes amazing and it holds a lot of water! We got it because we got a water softener and our water just didn’t taste right (which is probably the most annoying complaint I’ve ever had) and this add enough into the water to make it taste “right” and refreshing.
