Great knee pad, just size up because they run small.
I ended up getting an extra large for my daughter because I read the reviews and said they ran small. She is 5’3” and average size. The extra-large fit perfectly, so I would highly suggest sizing up. They stayed in place when she played and the thickness was not too bulky. They also did not slip down while she was in the middle of a game and I will be buying another pair for next season.

My Daughter Loves that they protect knees while not being too bulky.
My Daughter favorite knee pads (Mizuno) has been replaced by these. Felt right (comfortable/protection) right out of the package. Will update after this Volleyball Season.

If you don’t have skinny legs. These will not work. I bought the large/xl and they squeezed my quad so bad they would just slide down.
