KEJORA Fresh Red Thai Chili Peppers -1 Lb (16 oz)

UPDATE AUG 3, 2024: Bought it again. Excellent quality. Only 2 peppers were questionable.-----------It's impossible for me to find good fresh red thai chili in Miami. This is the real thing. Best of all, all the peppers were fresh and ripe (red). It's a lot in the package. I found that they keep very well in a plastic zip baggie in the freezer. I grab as many as I need frozen, then chop them up and add them to my plated food or to the pan. Unless you are eating them whole and raw, you'll never know they were frozen.UPDATE: I have purchased these peppers three times. I use them up in about 4 months. All shipments have been good except the last, which arrived with about 10% in poor condition - probably because of 4 days in a FedEx truck. When I notified the store about the poor quality, they issued a full refund. I wasn't looking for a refund but wanted them to improve their quality and shipping. The peppers are usable but had too much waste. Great customer service.

Product received from West Coast to East Coast within 2 days. The peppers arrived in excellent condition, a couple of bad ones - but much less than 1% overall. The sizes are varied, but mostly larger ones. The heat level is exactly what I was expecting. I would definitely purchase again!

…I wish I had bought the dried. I did not freeze these fast enough. They started to wilt. Froze them then but not sure if the quality is affected. Live and learn.

my first order was delayed last minute for an additional 5 days, KEJORA overnight a new order no questions asked. The chilies are great and all in excellent condition. Will recommend and will be ordering from KEJORA from this point forward.

I eat red Thai chilis raw alongside my meals, and I use them for Thai/Middle Eastern curries where it is useful to be able to see the chilis in the finished meal, so while flavor is the top requirement, it's useful to have something a bit longer.Honestly, the flavor and heat were both stunning, but the average length of the chili is just under half an inch. The longest one in the shipment was one inch long. It would have been more useful for me to have some longer ones in the batch.Freshness was 8/10. You know that aroma that chilis give off after you've had some in a ziplock bag in your backpack a for a couple of days in the summer? (Hope I'm not the only one familiar with the smell). Well, they had that smell coming out of the bag, and I had to throw out only 1 or 2% of them that had started to shrivel a bit.Having said that, they are a damn sight better than anything that any of my local (<15 miles) grocery stores have, so I will be ordering from them again. Frankly, heat and flavor take precedence over aesthetics, so they win, hands down for that.

Kejora: This product is worth its weight in gold for genuine spice and flavor to be added your favorite cuisines. These American grown Thai Peppers although in CA were sealed and packaged properly and including the best quality service shipper aka FEDEX! USPS and UPS really suck for deliveries that been used by most vendors on Amazon! Get real. Give credit to a Quality Company here for providing the cusotmer with the Best Quality and shipped to arrive on time! More then enough was added to my order for 1 lb, they gave extra and all were in Perfect condition and Fresh! Recommend to freeze these Thai Hot Peppers and will be able to last with same potency for months! ty! USN RET
