Gentle and effective. I suffer mild constipation and a lot of trapped wind . I'm day 2 of drinking this tea, just once a day , and it's done it's job . No more painful trapped wind or constipation. Nice tasting tea to do that's also a positive. Would recommend to anyone with a lazy bowel
