Ginkgo Biloba and Red Panax Ginseng Extract,30 Bottles 0.34 oz

(Note: I had to write this review after reading another person's ridiculous review.) This is very good ginko biloba and ginseng liquid. The kind that you used to find on the counter of bodegas in NYC back in the day. It tastes good, but be cautioned that if you aren't used to the flavor, it takes a bit getting used to. The package comes with individual vials of liquid ginseng and there's a pack of small plastic straws included. You just flip off the little plastic cap and then pierce the top of the bottle with the straw, drink and that's it. It helps with focus especially at work and gives you a little natural energy boost. (As a woman headed towards menopause, I find it helps balance me as well.) I could not, for the life of me understand how one of the people who previously did a review here could have any problem opening the top which is a tiny piece of plastic that you just pop off with your fingertip. The other reviewer said you need pliers to do so??? Nope! ...and I honestly could not stop laughing about their complaint that a regular size straw does not fit in the top. Even more hilarious, that they had to seek out some special, smaller straw to consume the product. Just needed to clear any confusion up. Lol. This is not rocket science. Each box comes with 30 vials of ginko biloba/ginseng and includes a small plastic packet of 30 small specialized hard plastic straws that you use to pierce the top of the bottles.

For many years I used to go into Chinatown (Boston) and we knew the EXACT places to get the best stuff at the best prices. Friends and I would make our monthly or bi-monthly visit to Chinatown and get everything from shark-cartilage to raw ginseng root, which they would heat up and slice it for us into little bite-size pieces. Everything we'd get there would be insanely inexpensive so there was no need to look elsewhere for the same products. THIS exact brand of ginkgo would always be "on the list". Many years ago when I was extremely active in the music business I went full non-drug and all natural supplements, herbal teas, vitamins, wheat grass shots, etc.. I needed to be "ON" at any given time and at any wacky hour of day or night to perform, teach, rehearse, record, and when you have to lay down your best tracks or be spot-on for rehearsal, you need some enhancement for clarity (not just energy) so you're mentally and consciously on your game. After taking ginkgo on a regular basis there was a measurable and recognizable difference in all aspects of performance. I could study my instrument practices at improved concentration levels. I could feel less fatigued after laying down several tracks of almost impossible to execute guitar lines, and always felt more alert with less mental fatigue when I was regularly taking THIS SAME ginkgo. We were taking as much as 5000mg shots of ginseng regularly, plus the ginkgo, plus the bee pollen/royal jelly, but I would NEVER RECOMMEND that to ANYONE who hasn't acclimated themselves for consuming that much ginseng every day. The "cap" does not have to be opened. Just pop the top and use the tiny straw. If you WANT TO open the cap, you can pour it into tea. Some of the bottles in ginseng or royal jelly would have a tiny "tab" that would make opening the top easier. When drinking it, it seems to have a slight molasses and sort-of licorice like taste. I like the taste so it never bothers me. It's a quick little drink so if you think it's bitter just drink something tasty as a chaser--that helps it along the way too. Many of those places here in Boston have now changed to different stores, some of the places are gone, and it's not as easy to get ALL of the things I liked so much. Now that I can get this ginkgo here on Amazon I still like to take it off-and-on for any hopes of long-term benefits. I've never noticed a single negative side effect, but I have been taking lots of ginseng in various forms since the late 80's! Yes. So I don't ever feel concerned about the relatively minimal amount of ginseng that's in this version. I've never heard of small amounts of ginseng for the generally healthy population ever being a bad thing anyway--so I trust that part. There really aren't many long-time trusted versions of ginkgo that rival this one, so if you know it's generally safe (and if you like taking ginkgo in general) I'd highly recommend this one over any of the other ten or so different kinds and forms of ginkgo I've had. I always go back to this "Prince of Peace Ginkgo" version. ...especially if you have to perform modified progressive metal versions of transcribed Bach and Paganini solos perfectly accurate at lightening picking speeds and overdubbing diatonic minor-3rd harmonized synchro tracks after 3:00am in a recording studio. Yeah, definitely... it's really good for that...

Receive package very quickly. Taste very good. You can tell there’s a lot of honey in it. The only thing that surprise me was the second ingredients was Cain sugar. Not really a fan of that but I’m willing to give this a shot.

This product is exactly what I was looking for! (first day of use) (Ginkgo is known to be beneficial for brain function and so is Ginseng especially red. (taste)This has a little bit of honey in it and I am not mad about it. Tasted like a good tea :D and it was easy to take. It was as if I had a nice treat. I take a lot of different supplements and I am tired of Pills! I did feel a clean energy afterwards All bottles were included and nothing was broken very good delivery !

Very good for memory and energy. I’m so happy I found this I used to go to Chinatown to buy it. I hope they never run out.
