Came fast and it looked amazing for my babies birthday

The banner is bright and very well made! Comes with tools if you have difficulty tying balloons.

I guess I should have read better what type of material this banner was it was thin and not what I was looking for. I did use the balloons for an arch with a separate banner also bought from Amazon. Now that I am writing this review. I don’t recall there being star balloons or a number one in my kit ... I wish I had looked at that sooner.
