This is a STEAL for this light!!! I was very skeptical. I am beyond excited with this light! The light has 6 branches that screw into a cylinder. Each branch has three stems. The size listed seems to be accurate. Once it is assembled, I will update that. There is assembly required* however it is simple threading and attaching white wires to white and black to black. The wires are what appears to be tinned copper. The finish is a matte black with a tiny bit of sheen... it's a good black finish. It does not have the same depth of the metal that RHs does. We will be adding this to our 10 ft grand foyer in our 100 year old house project. I will update with more pictures. The glass/crystal is heavy and looks identical to the Hardware store that has a similar light. The glass pieces have threaded ceramic sockets they slide over and a nut that twists onto the socket to hold the globe on. It comes with a tube wrench of sorts, to attach them. The light comes with ample LED G9 bulbs in 3000k. The packaging is great, each branch is individually wrapped, each crystal individually boxed. The shipping box is heavier duty cardboard and the foam has ample "crunch" room in case you have wild delivery people. UPS delivered it. If you are expecting a 100% assembled item, this is not that. If you love the look of a particular hardware store, you will be thrilled with this! ***Update*** The angles of the branches stick up more than the listing picture. The branches in the listing photo align with each other and have a smaller angle. The instructions sheet shows them aligned. I'll attach more photos for an explanation. *** UPDATE 11/2021*** We have them both installed. We used different bulbs in them as the warm white was too old smoker lodge yellow for us. I'm not certain if it is the bulbs or the difference in voltage that each one receives with the varying length of wire, but we have the first bulb on each branch that keeps going out. Not the same one each time but the first one on multiple branches. So far in less than a year, we have replaced 6 bulbs, with another 4 that are out. ( Between two fixtures).

This chandelier is absolutely spectacular. It did take me 2 hours to assemble but if you watch the assembly video, super easy. I bought dimmer g9 lights, I cannot highly recommend this light. Gorgeous.

good light, good crystal but very hard to install

Build quality is not bad it is sturdy and the crystals are heavy. But i still think it is overpriced for the amount of work it takes to put this thing together. Beware the installation is gonna take forever. The size is almost perfect. Just wish it would give you the option to hang lower. Brightness is nice and but wish it was a little warmer as advertised.

This light is so beautiful. It’s a very well made, sturdy, and not too heavy. This is the first thing that people always compliment on. It wasn’t hard to put together just takes a little time. I had one piece that wasn’t fitting and I contacted the seller directly. Their customer service was amazing and they sent me the part I needed right away. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the beautiful light and their customer service. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I absolutely love this light!

Due to an error on the part of FedEx this chandelier arrived too late for me to use. I will say customer service was extremely responsive, refunded, and sent a shipping label. No issues whatsoever. The chandelier was lovely. The glass was heavy and had it arrived on time I would’ve been pleased to keep it!

Quality is decent, but this thing is a huge pain to assemble and install. Each arm has thin delicate wires that need to be brought together in the center cylinder. That’s a large grouping of wires that don’t match up well and there is not enough exposed wire to create a good connection. Then these wires need to be connected to the power cord. No electrical connection supplies provided. Instructions recommended just using electrical tape!!! Once I put this together, I tested it and the bulbs keep going out. Either poor electrical connections or faulty bulbs…who knows? Then I tried to mount it, but there was not adequate mounting hardware! The cap and instructions provided in the hardware do not match what I was given. The minimal hardware provided would not support the weight of the chandelier. Quality is good, but very poor design.

Beautiful light, glass bulbs are heavier then expected. Have to blance them out when installing to share the weight. But worth the effort.
