This is a plant based product that I do like. I prefer my mixture with bioprene due to my absorption issues. Yet, I’d definitely purchase this again.

I have been taking this brand of ashwagandha for a while. It has definitely reduced my anxiety and stress. I believe due to this I am sleeping very well and wake up fully rested and have lots of energy. The other thing I like about this brand is that the capsules are very easy to swallow and has no odor.
