AMYCO Parmesan Cheese Grater and Lemon Zester with Stainless Steel Handle

One of the teeth on the grater was bent, but not worth returning and still works fine. I could probably fix it myself. You can barely see it in the center of the photo.I was looking for something without any plastic or silicone. Although those can be easier to hold I don't like the look and I have a small kitchen where this will be out all the time.

I like this zester very much. I got ALL the zest from a lime last night, clean and green, no pith. Also shredded a piece of peeled ginger, it came out juicy and creamy. All the flavor, no unpleasant fibery chunks! It is nice to look at, beautiful solid metal handle. It was easy to clean, too. Very pleased. I suspect I will use it for other foods too, maybe parmesan, nutmeg. Lovely thing.

Handle separated from the grater and even the seller with whom I bought it no longer carrying because it did not sell well. To be clear this is not an Amyco product. Amyco indicated that they simply bought some to retail. Confused as hell who manufactured this piece of crap, but not worth my time finding out. Obviously, I am bitter.

This is a great value. It works fantastic on everything from hard cheese to zesting oranges, lemons, etc. It has held up great and is nice and sturdy. Love it!

This grater has put zest in my life! I had tried using a box grater, but it was difficult to use and the results were poor. The Premium Parmesan Grater and Lemon Zester has convinced me it is well worth the effort to zest fresh citrus fruit. I am also planning to use it for hard cheeses and will stop buying the pre-grated stuff ...no more ground up wood in my cheese...thank you very much!
