I've re-ordered these here on Amazon because the Balance of Nature website is screwed up and they send you to South America for customer service. I don't swallow the capsules I find it better to open them and spread the veggies on my food or the fruit into a protein drink. Lots of ways to take them without swallowing the capsule which I think is NOT good for your stomach. I sprinkle the veggies on the wings I order at a favorite restaurant and they are much better! So, I'll keep taking them as long as they make me feel better.

We have been taking this product for 3 months now, and do not feel any different. We will be using it for another two months before concluding whether or not we can detect a difference. People react to products at different paces and in different ways, so we are still looking for a different in how we feel or the energy we have. At 3 pills per day, the bottle is gone pretty quickly, plus the product is somewhat expensive. I have a hard time taking capsules, and these, for me, are a larger size and I frequently have problems. After the next two months, when we are ready to reorder, we may try another brand for comparison.

My wife and I are in our sixties and are retired. We both have active lives, work out regularly, bike, golf and travel to visit our kids and grandchildren. After adding these supplements to our daily routine we've both noticed more energy and feel great! Highly recommend taking them, the ads are not fiction.

This may be a good product. But there is no indicator that the fruits and vegetables in this product are organic or are thoroughly cleaned of wax & pesticides before being processed. They could be very risky to injest as a result.
