I love these things so much! I FINALLY convinced my mom to use a giftwrap cutter this year and she has converted. I usually end up buying one every Christmas because I freak out that I might have lost last year’s and I can’t bear the thought of wrapping all six of my kids gifts without it!!! Confession, this year AFTER purchasing this one, I found my stash of the two others I’ve bought from previous years still in the package. Lol But one can NEVER be without it! And it really was time I retired the one I used this year.No snags, the only way to cut a straight line,, I seriously have an unhealthy love affair with this thing!

Cuts clean lines on wrapping paper as designed. First one came crushed in pieces so it shows it’s susceptible to breakage but it’s relatively inexpensive. A replacement came quickly and I was happy using for this years holiday season. There are some less expensive models that may be equally as good but I was happy with this one

Works great!

Tired of using scissors and sometimes getting jagged cuts when wrapping gifts, I decided to try things differently this year. I bought this, and also dedicated wrapping paper cutter called the "Little ELF." The ELF came in a two pack, and was shaped circularly to fit around a roll of paper.Out of the two, I much prefer this paper cutter. It's easier to use, cuts straighter, and worked better. Also, vs the ELF, this worked better as one of the two ELF cutters had a dull blade and would not cut the wrapping paper.For wrapping gifts, I would definitely recommend this.

You do need a flat surface and a little bit of technique but once you get it right you will never pull your scissors out again. Easiest way to cut a straight line well pretty straight and better than with a scissors. Oh they hold up well for many years. My original one has to be 7 years old maybe more and works just as good as when I bought it. I bought an extra so that I know I will be able to find one of them.

Broke the first time I used!

Love this product! Used to be easy to find in the stores around Christmas but no longer. These are so easy to use and make wrapping and other cutting so easy! Much better and more accurate than scissors.
