These are very sturdy and attractive. Slice easily and do other things as well.

Work as expected. Look nice at girls but not as pretty after several rounds in the dishwasher.

The little holes in these knives make cold butter much easier to scrape and spread. Really like these butter knives.

I wonder if zI am supposed to use this with softer (not as cold?) butter. But, if that was the case, I wouldn't need this.

Would have liked it if it worked right, it really is kind of useless outside of it being a regular Butterknife! The butter really does have to be softer or if they do anything like the ad says.

I have always used one of those spatula shaped cheese slicers on a stick of cold butter.Try it, it works great. It works a LOT better than these knives.This seemed like it would be the same idea. It looked like it would produce a more manageable amount of butter to spread because using a cheese slicer does give you a lot of butter but it does work.These just produced a big globby mess that wouldn't spread.I can use a regular knife if I want this same result.

This is just like a regular knife. It does not do as advertised.
