I am opening a claim with desertcart Customer Serivce, writing a Yelp Review and contacting my banl to open a fraud investigation as they are non-responsive. Review: a spin bike with drop bars - I live in the south, where the "redneck to fog line" ratio (in conjunction with liability and criminal laws) do not favor cyclists. So between not having to drive to the gym, to Covid19 quarantine, to not needing a gym with daycare, this is the indoor spin bike (with an out-door power meter). Is it pricey? It's about what I was planning on spending on an outside bike, and I don't need to buy three go-pros to provide evidence after I get bumped and go to the hospital with a collapsed lung.

WARNING NO WAY TO SAVE DATA FROM RIDES
WARNING: Currently there is no way to save all of the ride data from this bike!!! (If this is important to you do NOT buy this bike) So let me give you the inside story for anyone looking to buy this bike. This bike is beautifully built, it's smooth and sturdy. There is a reason Soul Cycle and Equinox are using this bike in their studios! Mechanically it's amazing! The adjustability of the bike is amazing. It is sturdy for tall riders. The console and power meter work well and are highly accurate. You can tell this is a company of actual cyclists. There is a bit of noise from the toothed belt meshing with the toothed flywheel of around 60db (Measured with a simple app, Normal conversation is about 60 dB). So it's not silent. So as a self-contained bike = 5 Stars! [Update: Recently I'm having dropouts of the ANT+ connection between the monitor and the power meter, causing the monitor to pause the ride as it thinks you aren't peddling any longer. Back to customer service. It May be an isolated issue but not rock solid electrics for me either] Unfortunately, there are problems!! It seems like the bike and the software are made by different companies, and while the bike is great the software situation is NOT good. The reason you look at this bike vs a much cheaper SC2 or 1 or any other base bike is for ride metrics. The bike console itself captures all this data and has a Bluetooth connection. Unfortunately, Stages has dropped support for its Stages Flight app. Currently, this app is broken in many ways and will not correctly save all your data locally or online and will NOT correctly upload this data to Strava, Training Peaks, or TCX file. Stages say they have dropped support for this app!!! So there is no way to get all the data off the bike console nor will there be in the future!!! The USB saving feature has been dropped in the new SIC2 console. So that's not an option either. Another option is to use the Wahoo app, but this will only give cadence and power, NOT distance or speed, and HR is lost too (even from a wahoo HR monitor). So currently there is no way to save all your data off the console!!! I've looked through countless apps. (It is possible to subscribe to Zwift or Trainer Road that will save data from the power meter, however, these are $$$ monthly charges). It seems literally the only way to save your data currently is to take a picture of the bike console after a ride! (This is a nearly $3k indoor bike) I really don't know how this expensive of a bike and this nice of a bike can lose it with something as simple as an app update but they have. You buy this bike for the metrics and while you can see them all you cant save them. If this is important to you I can't recommend buying this bike. Buy the cheaper SC1 or SC2 and add your own data capture electrics

Great bike! Worth the money!
I'm so happy with this purchase!! I normally use the SC2 indoor model at my gym so I knew buying the newer model could handle sprints, hill climbs, and just any kind of cycling. This bike can handle intense works outs. I weigh 190lbs and I push this bike hard as I can and I use it to train for my triathlons.

Worst monitors ever!!!
Our club purchased these bikes. They have been a nightmare from day one. At least a third of the bikes are inoperable each class due to ongoing issues with the monitors. Besides the fact that they just don't work, they have no level of activity so you have to gauge your ride purely on wattage output. After 2 months the bikes are now having issues with calibration. Some will be easy and your numbers will be high, others will be hard and your numbers will be low. I wouldn't wish these bikes on anyone.

Great Option for Simple Indoor Biking
This bike is great to have for indoor spin classes. I use it with Zwift and it works great (it does not control the resistance, for something like that the SB line is probably better). The bike is adjustable and I record the rides through Strava via Zwift. I’ve been using it for a year without problems.
