Works Very Well
This is a great product. On advice from my Dermatologiast, we used this on a gaping dog bite wound and it started working almost overnight. I had no infections or other complications.

Expensive but not worth the price. Does NOT kill MRSA.
Good but there are many other products that work much better and are much cheaper. I know all about the benefits of silver for burns but as far as killing the really nasty bugs like E.Coli and MRSA, use medical honey/calcium alginate pads.
