Q: Are the bullets removable from the belt ?

Yes, they bullets are removable and each link as well. You can shorten it as much as you want. They do come out fairly easily, so I put a dab of hot glue on each one to set them permanently in place for my application.

Q: How many bullets? I only counted about 60 in the picture.

It is worthless your cartridges hold it together when you take out a cartridge the whole thing falls apart!! I wish I could get my money back ,complete nunk!!!
