Q: Will this work on a Subaru outback?

I believe it’s made for small vehicles and trailers with Max 10" Tire Width. I use it as a deterrent on my golf cart. Not sure I’d use it in a car.

Q: I'm having a very difficult time getting it opened. Any advice? It's in the same position has when it shipped

Lightly tap the cylinder lock with a hammer, will pop up and you can slide the lock open. Next time add a little oil to the cylinder lock.

Q: Will it fit on 22inch rim on tahoe

Why wouldn't you open up your wallet and spend a pinch more than 30 bucks to secure a vehicle with rims and tires that are worth probably more than the vehicle. SMH
