Solid controller... and tiny.
Great controller, extremely tiny. Battery life is great, I haven't counted but I get a few hours of use between charges so even when I use it a lot I'm only charging it every few days. It's well made and responsive, buttons and D pad are a little "clicky," very good for a controller this size.I've had no problem with Bluetooth pairing to Windows or Linux PCs, a few Android phones, an iPhone 11, a Kindle Fire tablet and to a FireTV. Most of them recognize it immediately and buttons work as expected without any programming or third party software needed. But be assured that it is TINY. My five year old son says it's too small and prefers to use a larger controller, but I'm a full grown man with large hands and I have no problems using it, other than feeling a little cramped after long gaming sessions.Has opened up a whole world of emulated retro gaming in my pocket for whatever device I brought.

Exactly what I wanted!
I have a lot of games for my Nintendo Switch. I’m predominantly a joy-con user, but I needed an alternative because my joy-cons wear out over and over again and I’m sick of needing to replace them multiple times per year. My Switch gets a lot of use. About half of my games use very simple controls, and do not have rumble, but require reliable inputs. This controller fits the bill! I have small hands, so a normal pro controller is uncomfortable. This fits in my hands wonderfully. I love it. It’s very reliable for inputs, it’s very comfortable for my hands, and it’s pink!! According to my Nintendo Year in Review, most of my time is spent on retro gaming anyway, and this is perfect for NES, SNES, and Sega games on NSO.Here are the main games I use this with:OvercookedSonic Mania PlusNSMBUDSuper Mario Maker 2Sonic OriginsNESSNESSega GenesisPlus a lot of ported, third-party games for cozy days.I like this controller!

Does the job nicely.
I sometimes play games on my phone, mostly at work during lunch and breaks. But, I don't like on screen controls, so I wanted a dedicated controller for the phone. This little guy is perfect for that. I was using my switch joy cons on my phone, but I didn't like bringing my switch to work everydif. This is very small to throw in a bag, or even better, on a keychain. (You have to use a REALLY thin key ring, but it can be done. )It's actually more comfortable to use than I thought it would be. I have large-ish hands for a woman (or at least longer fingers) and I really didn't have a problem with fat fingers or fatigue holding it. Granted, this is for short, time wasting gameplay. I haven't, and probably won't, use it for super long sessions. It's not a replacement for a pro controller or anything. In fact, some games will be unplayable due to only having one set of L and R buttons. Games that require a z set will be unplayable on this. But that's ok.Battery life seems good. I haven't played it until the battery dies. I have charged it at the end of each day (takes less than 20 minutes.) Usually, I get about 1 1/2-2 hours a day between my breaks and lunches and before work to play and it hasn't died on me yet, so it serves my purpose.Even though I really plan on only using it with my phone for quick on the go gaming, I did also pair it to my Switch, and tablet. Works just fine there. However, I ran into trouble with my laptop. It would not pair. My laptop recognized it, but kept saying there was no response. Not really a problem for me, but it does say it's compatible with windows. Might just be a problem on my end, but it is something to be aware of.So yeah, definitely gets the job done if you don't want to bring around a full sized controller everywhere. Would be wonderful for travel or as a backup while your regular controller is charging. Or for kids.

Amazing for Anki
Use this everyday, phenomenal for Anki cards. Will say it disconnects from time to time, and then I have to completely forget the device and repair which is annoying. I would buy this 100x times again if it were one day lost.

Small but mighty
I programmed it to go through my Anki cards when studying for the MCAT and now medical school. Will never stop using it! So easy and comfortable to use whenever and wherever I am! The batter literally never dies and I charge it once every 2 weeks. Doesn’t lag and best $20 I’ve spent!

Small and portable game controller
I don't really know much about these. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my son in law. He really liked it. It is very small, but he knew that when he asked for it. It's a small, portable game controller.

If you're doing Anki for med school, this is it
I was an 8bitdo Zero 2 aka Anki Controller skeptic when I first saw everyone using them. But they work. I grind through Anki cards way faster with this controller than with keyboard shortcuts (though maybe that's because I'm right-handed and Anki's default with a number pad is done with the left). If you're on a Mac and you're familiar with coding, it's trivial to set up Karabiner to give this thing a ton of shortcuts. I can swap between Anki, Spotify, and Chrome without touching the computer. And within each program, you can set up custom controls. 10/10 on functionalityThis thing is teeny tiny, but I have big hands and even I find it comfortable while using it in the vertical orientation with one hand. It's better with the strap, though sadly my pets chewed mine up. 10/10 on comfortBattery life is super long. I use this thing for several hours a day, and only have to charge it every few days. And the charge time is very short. 10/10 on battery lifeI can't speak to using it in the horizontal orientation or for playing games with it, but as an Anki Controller this thing is top tier.
