ZepInstant Carpet and Upholstery Spot Remover 19 ounce - ZUSPOT19 - No Scrubbing!

I had an ink stain on my couch from a dropped pen.This took it right out. No problem. Haven't had to use it anywhere else yet.

Worked great! I used this product on some car upholstery stains and a carpet stain (see pictured) and it worked for me each time! I did have to repeat the process 3 times on the carpet, but since you only wait 1 minute in between the spray and blot, it was still less than 5 minutes.

Love this. Works great on all stains.

Very satisfied with this. Easy to use, just point and wait 1 minute, then brush out with a hard bristled brush. As you can see from my before and after, harder stains / pet stains will need multiple pass throughs but this is very worth its price!

All in all, I’m sure it’s a great product. I mean after I got done, scrubbing and scraping my shag rug. I realize that it wasn’t the product. It was my rug. The rug has such deep stains in it that I don’t think anybody or anything at this point can help it. But I did manage to go around my house a little bit and spray this rug cleaner on some of the spots on my wall. Like crayon marker dirt. And immediately the stains were gone with little wiping. There is a Zep product for walls so I would highly suggest that. This product however, is not great for shag rugs and I think the stains were just so deep and so bad that nothing could make it better. I got this product for literally 3 bucks during prime day sales, not bad price.

If I could give this product zero stars, I would. It completely ruined my couch! I am attaching photos for reference—the first photo shows what my couch looks like where I didn’t use the product, while the second shows where I used the product.I followed instructions on the can, and even spot tested the product in a small area. The spot tested area seemed to be ok, so I sprayed this stuff on a larger area. I must not have waited long enough though, because later in the day, every area this touched (including the area that seemed to be ok previously) was horribly discolored.The stains I tried to use this on weren’t even very bad—they were very faint. I really wish I had just left them alone, now that I know the damage this stuff can do. Seriously, my couch looks a hundred times worse. Please learn from my mistake and stay far, far away from this product.
