Excellent large size, plastic-like shed, suitable for garden, outdoor and pool items.
Very well engineered product. Painstakingly important to follow directions and study the assembly diagrams but incredibly accurate instructions. If you’re detailed oriented this is a piece of cake. If not, get someone who is to help you.Biggest issue for me was the pad, the foundation, which I constructed from 12x12 inch concrete path tiles. Used a cloth-like underlayment, 4 inches of gravel and 6 inches of overhand on sides and back. Had to pour old swimming pool filter sand in the cracks between tiles many (over 10) times to get them “solidified” as one unit but they’re almost as strong as a concrete pad, without the hassle of pouring that.Spent approximately 15 hours on assembly and easily that much on the foundation. Used a helper to hold down the roof panels and upper sides when screwing/attaching those (maybe one hour) but otherwise it was self-assembly.I’m currently adding electricity to the shed so I can charge my batteries and have a light at night. It’s not airtight so cannot be insulated or used as a shop in all weather. But it’s a great shed... replaced an 8x6 Keter shed that was almost 20 years old and blown down due to a faulty door in Hurricane Sally. All in all, a top quality product made in Israel and highly engineered for straightforward assembly and longevity.

Excellent Quality and Durable
This is a good quality shed and easy to assemble. I had to do some modifications to place the doors on the end instead of the side. The raised floor keeps it from flooding.

Pretty good shed; very confused manufacturer customer service.
Very good overall; my only complaint about the shed itself is the floor is thin and much of it sits above the foundation. It's easy to punch holes in it, which I did by tossing firewood in the shed prior to stacking. I had to buy garage floor tiles to reinforce it. My main complaint is the manufacturer's help line has terrible VOIP connections and it's always hard and sometimes impossible to make out what the agent is saying. Asking for an additional part (D-Clips) they sent me the wrong thing twice. They make a big deal marketing these patented hangers made especially for their sheds as wonderful, but no clear instructions about how to obtain more. The first phone agent had no idea what I was talking about. After a couple of tries where we could not understand each other, I talked to another agent, and was sent a bag of cotter pins instead. Since there was nothing in the return address or inside the package to say where it came from, it took me a while to figure out that it was from the Keter (the manufacturer) and was supposed to be the D-Clips. Then another couple of unsuccessful tries to get a good phone connection with an agent, I then left a message on their web form but received no response. Then I emailed them directly and someone actually called me. I explained the situation and, while she seemed helpful and knowledgable, again I was sent cotter pins. I then sent sending photographs and descriptions written at a 2nd grade level and they finally sent me the correct part. The additional D-Clips were free, and although I appreciate that I would have gladly paid for them if it had made the process less frustrating.

Great Shed
Nice Shed had to order twice realizing first order was out of Texas and the state was having heavy weather problems. Reordered from California distributor and Delivery was successful.Instructions were clear and assembled mostly alone. I have a few loose/not fully seated spots (‘my bad I did not have competent help) overall Great Shed. Works in HOA since it looks good and not obtrusive how ever I have used landscape to help Cover new builds and original owner 20 + yrs

Poor customer service - shed is more than a month delayed
This order is more than a month late. Product support is not answering me and I have no way of knowing where it is. The only update I can see is “delayed”. I ordered this with plenty of time to build prior to the winter, but at this point am unsure how to proceed. If I cancel I would most likely purchase elsewhere. The shed looks nice, but customer service has been terrible. Both Amazon and Keyes are unable to give me clear updates on when I would receive my shed.

Solid Shed
I’m a visual learner so the photo only instructions worked just fine. I assembled it by myself and took every bit of 5 hours. Don’t try to skip ahead if something doesn’t seem right.. I thought about it several times and I’m glad I didn’t. Every little detail of this shed is well thought out. I’m very impressed on how things aligned. Molded components can be tricky if they aren’t of quality, but this shed definitely is. It’s a bit pricey but was still cheaper than building something from scratch. I would definitely recommend this product and would buy it again.

Good Product and is as advertised
Be sure to open all the boxes and sort the parts and "read" the instructions carefully; it is all pictures and no verbiage which would have been nice in some cases. There are a lot of screws so be sure your drill is charged. It took us two days to put up but probably could have done it in one if it was not 100 degrees out. There are many videos out there to take you through the construction.

Great Design - Incredibly cheap flimsy plastic materials
5 out of 5 for instructions and engineering, we purchased it because it looks good.2 out of 5 for the plastic material quality, this will not make it past any category hurricane. At close to $2K we expect stronger plastics, you can easily make a hole accidentally bumping into it.1. The walls are as thick as lawn signs (thin plastic with hollow inside, then another layer of thin plastic)2. The roof is flimsy plastic3. The gutter plastic will not withstand any small branch falls, it actually arrived cracked already (the company did replace the cracked piece at no charge)No reason not to have incredible durable plastics in 2024.
