Straps can be easily adjusted to make the right fit. I’ve gotten in the habit of always wearing this on runs because I live in the city and do both daytime and nighttime jogs. It’s identical in build quality to the US Army PT belts I used to wear before retiring from the Army. Very affordable and gets the job done. I have no complaints on the quality. I expect it to last many years with regular use.

These are pretty sturdy and easy to put on. The are very reflective and I feel saver walking the dog early in the morning (black dog, and my winter coat is black...). Great pirce for 2!

I'm not a big BIG guy (5-10, 200, 34" waist] but wearing these I look extra fat... they're very small. Fully open the lower ('waste') strip is very tight around my belly. Looks silly but I wear them....
