Seems to help reduce pain during moderate exercise
Day 5, no side effects, might be helping with inflammation because I seem to have less pain on jogs/walks(3-5 miles). Thought it was because i wore different shoes for the last 2 days, then I remembered I started taking this for almost a week now, so thus, a review.

Work, but kinda meh aftertaste
The work fine for my ankle pain but they leave a mildly distasteful aftertaste. I much prefer my peach flavored turmeric gummies.
