Everyone wants to sell you expensive mouthguards. These are comfortable, simple and work well. I use them at night, rinse them in the morning and drop them in a small container of hydrogen peroxide and they stay clean, smelling good and ready to the next night.

I use this in an unconventional way, for snoring relief. Mouth guards sold for that purpose pull your bottom jaw and tongue forward opening the airway. The problem is I have an overbite and so they overextend my jaw causing soreness and misalignment of the jaw. I decided to try this and absolutely love it. Since it is meant to keep teeth in straight alignment, it comfortably pulls forward an overbite. It is squishy so it is comfortable on my teeth. Snore guards are hard plastic and don't allow for teeth misalignment. I could see extended use causing dental issues. It was easy to cut and trim down, I pretty much trimmed it to just cover my front teeth and incisors. I initially cut it down to the first molars, but it actually loosened them up, because they were hitting the guard first. It has a hole in the front which allows for restricted mouth breathing, but I try to nose breath. The way it sits under the tongue actually makes my tongue want to jut forward plugging the hole. DOES IT WORK? Yep, my wife reports that although I may still snore a bit, I am MUCH quieter. I will say I am less tired during the day, but still tired as I have terrible sleeping habits, but that's an issue I have to address personally.

looks great but is more for kids size instead of youth. My son is 14, ordered this for his boxing practices, but he is unable to wear it because it runs small.

Woke up choking on this thing. Thought it was great the first couple nights. Not sure if I sneezed or what, they are pretty large.

It may fit initially in your amount but not very comfortable, specially when sleeping

The item is not bad at all. It’s flexible and fits! two comes the order so it’s great because you’ll have an extra in case of any emergencies. Kind of flimsy, but does the job.

My son uses these because he has braces on both the upper and lower parts of his mouth. We like these because as a wrestler, he’s not allowed to have anything sticking out of his mouth. We have never had his braces cut his mouth when using these mouthguards. he does say that it makes it a little harder to breathe, but nothing that he can’t handle in a match. I would highly recommend these my mouthguards for anyone who wears braces and is in a contact sport.

Bought for daughter because she is in the early stages of braces (expander upper and lower). Fits great for the expanders and will work once the braces come on
