Yes, this will work fine for that car.

Q: How much of this psf will i need for honda civic 2002 lx?

I used two quarts to flush, bleed, and refill. I still have some left in a bottle. I had a lot of particulate contamination in the old fluid so I wanted to error on the safe side. I used one of those air compressor powered vacuum brake fluid extractors. However it was on a 1997 Honda Accord and I don't believe the fluid was ever changed. It has front and rear disk brakes, so your fluid volume could be less.
