I’ve used these tires on a couple of road bicycles that I have, for a number of years. They allow for very good handling, are durable, and I’ve had fewer punctures with these than with Continental and Vredestein tires that I had used over the past 30 years. When new, even the folding version can be tough to install, as I’m getting up there in years, but the Cycle Pal tool greatly facilitates that task. Highly recommended.

I live in goathead/sticker country, the Southern California desert. In April of 2019 I had to walk my bike a mile home in the dark after experiencing 2 goathead flats with one tube on board. The rear tire was flat. After I stopped I pulled a large goathead out of the front. By the time I replaced the rear tube the front was flat. I ordered and installed a pair of the wire bead version of this tire, the Durano. I have not had a puncture since. I am currently riding 50+ miles per week. I ordered this folding version to go on a new set of modestly priced Chinese carbon wheels I will receive Friday. There are mixed opinions but I am hoping the Kevlar bead will be easier to mount on the carbon wheels. I have seen some complaints about Schwalby road tires lacking "feel" or whatever. If this is a real issue I have never noticed. I am not a racer and for me puncture resistance a primary consideration. It is no fun changing tubes beside desert roads, day or night.

They do really well even on rough roads. Good grip and low rolling resistance. I can definitely recommend these tires.

I have this on my rear wheel and have about 300 miles on it and have a couple of small nicks showing. I did run over quite bit of glass that I could not avoid and no flats, but I'll have to key an eye on the nicks I have.Since it is a heavy duty tire (I really need this since I'm 200ish lbs) it does have a rough rolling feel to it but nothing too bad.

So far, so good. No punctures yet, after few hundred miles.It seemed more durable just by tuch and feel in comparison with the original tire (came with the bike - not an Amazon purchase) which usually had punctures in less than hundred miles on average.

After getting flats regularly with my Continental 5000's, I did the research and decided to go with these. It's been 2 months of long rides on these and I haven't gotten a flat yet. They're solid tires. Highly recommended.

Finally got around to installing these. One tire was perfect, the other was out of round by 1/4". Made for a very bumpy ride!!

Battute a parte, certamente questi non sono i copertoni che volete se siete propensi alla perfomance. Scorrono una meraviglia ma inevitabilmente sono molto pesanti nonché abbastanza duri da montare.Detto questo, per la mobilità cittadina sono il vostro migliore alleato: dopo 3 anni con i Lugano II Endurance (fantastici), ho voluto provare qualcos'altro e non sono rimasto deluso.Non sono per niente economici ma la qualità Schwalbe si paga.

Después de utilizar muchos otros neumáticos Continental, Vitoria, Michelin... me he quedado con esta ya desde hace mucho tiempo porque es fiable, duradera y anti pinchazos total. Incluso olvido cuál fue la última vez que pinché. Cuando pinchas es señal de que ya está demasiado gastada y debes cambiarla. Y da sensación de seguridad desde el primer momento que la usas.Si no eres de los que va midiendo los pesos de los componentes al milímetro y quieres un neumático que no dé problemas: Schwalbe Durano Plus.

Ich bin immer wieder erstaunt, was dieser Reifen aushält. Auch wenn ich immer versuche, vorsichtig über Kanten, Schlaglöcher usw. zu fahren, kommt es doch vor, dass man mal eine Kante übersieht. Aber mit diesem Reifen auch nicht so schlimm, er steckt das einfach weg und der Schlauch bleibt heile.Das "bezahlt" man vermutlich mit leichten Performance-Abstrichen, wirklich bemerkbar sind die aber mMn nicht.Und das Aufziehen auf die Felge ist ein ziemlicher Kraftakt, der Reifen ist recht starr. Dafür hat er aber auch die leichte Acht, die ich im Hinterrad hatte, wieder gerade gezogen.
