Would definitely purchase again
Purchase to make our own summer sausages and brats. The cheese has an amazing taste and hold up well during the cooking process. We even added some bleu cheese to our deer burgers and they were amazing! I definitely plan on purchasing this again.

Great item
I bought this to use in my homemade brats. I got the box and never opened but put in basement until I had time. When I opened the box I see that it was suppose to be refrigerated..OOPS! I used the cheese and it was fine. Brats turned out awesome. These is also a goo cheese to add to casseroles as well

Taste good and holds up
Made some deer summer sausage and used this cheese. It has a good flavor and don’t melt easy. Did exactly as described.

Great for Sausage making
These products are great for adding to homemade sausage. Cheese will not render out during cooking, convenient packaging allows to resealed and reused, and frozen until needed. Cut in 1/4" cubes makes it perfect for processing through sausage stuffer. Kind of pricey just for cheese, but its worth the convenience of it being cubed and high temp.

Great variety for the price. Ripped out 2 different kinds of sausage 10 lbs each. I would buy again.

This is for the home process of meat. Pleased.
We've been processing our own meat's & had trouble with adding cheese's n then cooking it the cheese would be a dam mess. This high temp cheese was what's needed. We watch a lot cooking show's n realized this is what we should been doing. Now our meat's R like u get at the store.
