Hamantashen are not delicate pastries. Yeast dough hamantashen are particularly sturdy. Cookie dough hamantashen have the general texture of Mandelbrot, which are double baked.

Great value and quality!

My Dad really likes hamantaschen year round but we could not find it locally when he wanted it. We purchased a couple different kinds online and then found this option. Not only is it the best tasting, this particular package is the best value and protects the shortbread from breaking in transit. We have now purchased for the second of many times to come

Do not recommend the Hamantashen

I ordered the hamantaschen only because I was not certain if BJ’s was going to get them from NY in time for Purim. This order arrived several days after Purim was over. The Amazon warehouse placed the plastic container of baked goods upside down. The pastries were not baked neatly. The circles of shortbread were not pinched into triangles with any consistency. The three flavors of fruit filling was not consistent, either. The prune filling was very sparce and some raspberry filling was sloppy running over the sides. I could not have given these as a gift or served them to guests. I was very surprised at how sloppy the bakers did. Very disappointing, especially that they were double what I spend at BJ’s.
