If you workout hardcore
Even if your workout is not as hardcore as some are, you still need BCAA for complete muscle recovery, and (in my opinion) UN's BCAA 2000 does just this.

Really bad
this product has too many ingredients, I think that's why I was intolerant , I had vomiting and diarrhea , I gave it to a friend who only use a tablet before training and began to feel nauseous , I use another BCAA powder with strawberry flavor and was great, he gave me a lot of energy and I felt really good
