Definitely worth it
My cat loved it and has stopped scratching the sofa!

Not secure enough to hang
It has only 2 leather strips at the top to hang against a wall. The bottom hangs loosely, so if gour cat keeps pulling at it, the leather strips tear off.Otherwise the sisal board is sturdy, but you can't use it as per the design.
