Definitely worth a try - surprisingly effective root cleansing, and moisturizing without heaviness
I have to admit I was VERY skeptical of all the rave reviews here. However, I've had luck with Argon Oil products in the past to help repair my very fine, thin hair, which is extremely oily at the root and extremely dry at the ends. I realized I needed a moisture shampoo (since I now live in the desert, and the dry climate makes my hair looks absolutely fried). It has also had a lot of processing done to it, but every "repair" or "moisture" shampoo I try is WAY too heavy for my fine hair, weighs it down, and never cleans my oil-slick roots well. Desperately, I turned to this product because of the reviews, the sulfate-free description (my hair is color treated), and my past success with Argon Oil. I am, quite frankly, amazed at how good it is. I expected another shampoo-turned-hand soap situation. This stuff actually cleans my roots, while imparting lightweight moisture and shine to the rest of my hair. It has truly helped rebalance my scalp and repair my fried ends. Because it cleanses without overdrying, my roots now produce less oil to compensate, and I can go longer without washing my hair (which is also better for its health). This is one of the ONLY shampoos I have ever tried that can do this. I attribute this to the inclusion of Argon and essential oils, which have amazing lightweight yet deep moisture properties (without heaviness or greasiness) if balanced well with other ingredients. This was a very random, but very fortunate, product encounter for me. I highly recommend trying this (and for less than $15 a pop, this is a bargain compared to "high-end" shampoos...which this Arvazallia outperforms anyway, at least for my hair type).

HOLDS YOUR COLOR FOREVER AND LEAVES HAIR SOFT, CLEAN, AND SHINY
I love fashion colors in my hair. Blues, purples, magentas, teals... They tend to cost a lot more and fade noticeably quicker than conventional hair colors as they are semi-permanent. I also firmly believe in taking care of what you pay for. I think this was the first sulfate-free shampoo I ever bought, but considering it's so cost-effective, I felt there must be more benefits to a higher price tag and went in search of the impossible holy grail. After trying color-safe shampoo brand after brand at a much higher price point, years later I have found myself right back where I started. I wished I had never gone looking. Nothing has left my hair as soft as this does, nothing is as gentle on my hair, and not even a shampoo at $64 was as effective at holding my color.

Nice
Gentle on my colored hair and keeps it soft. The only things that would make it better are a lower price and bigger size

Adds Moisture and Shine
I am so glad I bought this amazing shampoo. Right from the first wash I noticed a difference. It keeps my ends strong and sealed. It has a nice smell and lathers up quickly. It feels like a designer brand with an exceptional price :) Thank You

Not for me
Now that coloring my hair has become a mandatory drudgery instead of a playful option, I have been trying to find shampoo/conditioner that helps fight dryness and flyaways. I have been using Biolage products for years, and although I’m reasonably happy with them, there is always room for improvement. I tried this brand because I like their hair mask. It’s the only hair mask I have ever tried so I have nothing to compare it to. Back to the shampoo…It doesn’t have sulfates so I know it’s not supposed to lather. I get that. It actually does have a small amount lather for a few seconds when first rubbing it in, but it dissipates quickly. I have really thick hair, and I find it hard to get this shampoo completely through it. I could let this go if my hair felt clean afterward, but it doesn’t. I’m not sure if it’s the shampoo or the conditioner, but my hair feels like it has a film left on it after it is dry as if I have used too much hair gel or cheap hairspray that coats the hair but doesn’t hold it. I have tried my best to make sure I rinse my hair well so I don’t think that’s the problem. I don’t recommend this shampoo.

It appears that color is better preserved than with majority of other shampoos but I ...
Not sure on this product - after washing few times I'm noticing that my hear is due for washing sooner. It appears that color is better preserved than with majority of other shampoos but I don't think difference is major. My experience though with all color retaining shampoos has not been amazing.
