Seems effective. When I take this I feel better and more energetic. But not shaky or nervous.

I was suggested this brand in particular from my naturopath. I was on ssri 's for years, that weren't helping. My B's were so low,and my hormones were supe4 low(early part of menopause) of course the Dr's said my hormones were fine...which I didn't believe....after going for reg visits and using methyl B,whole nutrition foods,pluse several supplements...she included this Pure Adrenal support. Within 2 months my blood looks healthy again(under microscope) when you have so much stress for such a long time,(it was the onset of menopause) your body gets depleted of its B vitamins,then it takes from your Adrenal's....I'm now continuing to use this 6 months later & I've turned a corner for the better. I've used Adrenal supplements in the past,not realizing there's better quality product vs anything else that say "Adrenal glands support" Only reason for 4☆ is many times when I open a new bottle there's a few Capsules that are broken and there's powder everywhere...it's happened more than ince,its about half, therefore I don't get the full amount & it's messy.

Works well.l feel rested and much calmer
