I have been frustrated to my wits end trying to order the right product for my in-laws in assisted living and dementia care. Unfortunately, although the image on these appears to be briefs, pullups, these are not the pull-up type panties. These have tabs! Dare I say I now have a supply that will last a lifetime?! I am so frustrated I can't stand it!Side note, once we get the right ones, this brand is wonderful and preferred at the Assisted Living where my in-laws live. If only we had the option of subscription for the right product here!

Works overnight on incontinent man

These are great for longer wear. I use the for overnight and longer day trips like errand and things. Have not gone through at all. Love these.

Fit and comfortable. Don’t have to change as often. I have worn them off and on looking for something cheaper, but the briefs I found weren’t as comfortable.

The Tena ultras are the best disposable cloth backed diapers that I have found in this price range. They are able to hold multiple voids without leaking. Very breathable and sensitive on the skin leaving less chafing than most other brands. Very thin and discreet undetectable under clothes.There are a couple minor defects to think about when it comes to these diapers. The first and most common problem is that after couple hours of active movement the fit will begin to loosen and sag requiring readjusting of the tapes. Wearing pants with a belt seems to prevent this from happening but it still will happen if you are an active person. The second issue is that the leak guards are really spread out and don't stand up which can lead to leaks if the diaper becomes too full.For under $50 a case though there isn't a better value out there. Not my go to diaper but they will hold up for 3-5 hours at a time. I always keep these in the house and order a new case when running low as a backup to the better more expensive diapers that I wear. Overall a very good budget adult diaper with some minor design flaws.

Diapers meets my expectations

Very difficult to put on by oneself. Prefer the pull-ups!! I bought the large which were big and sloppy. Won’t stay up so I will use them up wearing them to bed with normal underpants to keep them in place!
