I've always had trouble being tired enough to sleep.These gummies make me just sleepy enough to get to sleep at night. It's recommended to have 2 gummies, I can get away with just 1 a lot of the time.I'm in my mid 20's. Not sure if that info will help.Sometimes with 2 I do have a little bit of a harder time getting up in the morning, but that might be more of a bad habit rather than the gummies so I can't place the blame on the product.

You only get one bottle (and the one I was sent was unsealed.)I actually love this product and had purchased it at a store that was then sold out of it, so I was excited to find it online. I was a little concerned because the label design looks different from the one I purchased locally - but it seemed to be the same company and ingredients, so I ordered this thinking they were putting it on sale - the price seemed good and in the listing title it stated this was for a 3/pack and you would get 3 bottles. But you only get one bottle. That was disappointing but I was still glad to get more of this product, but then when I went to open it, there is no outer seal of any kind, and when I unscrewed the cap the flimsy inner "seal" just popped open when the cap came off as if it had not been sealed at all. It feels concerning to ingest these when the bottle seems like it could have been opened and the contents compromised. Bummed.

As someone who's used Olly Sleep gummies religiously for a long time for sleep problems, i've been trying to find other brands that are cheaper with nearly the same ingredients/makeup, and these really fit the bill and EVEN taste just as good (with a different flavor)!Would certainly recommend these to anyone I know down the line, because most other brands i've tried to get to cut down on costs haven't worked as well as these.

These are amazing- they dont make me feel funny when falling asleep, and not tired after i wake up. They definitely feel “clean” . I wont buy any other melatonin gummies. PLUS THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!! 🥳🥳
