Functioned as it should. This unit bolted right on. The install took my an hour to install, my now 25 year old lawnmower is as food as new. I was pleasantly surprised with the form, fit and function. Good Job!

runs very lean at idle (smooths out with the choke almost closed) misses and pops. At full throttle runs well. can not get it working right on Tecumseh 16hp. plenty of hose included, filters and cutt off are handy.other reviews had mixed results, thought i'd take a chance, its always hit and miss with these kind of things.UPDATE: seller reached out with questions and has shown a genuine concern with product support and help when so many sellers will not do this. I would by from this seller again just for that reason. added a star!

Fit as advertised, looks like original design was easy to install.It almost made my mower run, but it’s still starving for fuel.Since I got busy and haven’t had time to return the product I’m now stuck with a second junk carburetor.I’m going to incrementally drill the plastic main jet with wire side drill bits until the mover runs properly.I purchased this replacement carburetor to avoid the work of replacing a single O ring and doing the same thing to the original carb.Save yourself some money and replace the O ring on your factory carburetor and run an appropriate sized guitar string through the jets in your original carburetor and clean it with carb cleaner making sure to spray through all the passages.As a bolt on replacement this carb failed and came unusable

Arrived expeditiously delivery, great condition fit perfectly.

Everything was going fine until I started to install the provided gasket, it is not even close for my Yard Machines 38” mower. Way too small, you can see in the pictures the difference. Luckily I did not damage my original when removing the carburetor.After installing it and turning the gas on I had a leak from the bowl, it was just the drain plug loose.Kit is very complete and engine runs a bit better but gasket issue could cause a problem if you are not prepared.They look the same and it is a good value for such a complete kit but take care with disassembly and protect your gasket you may have to reuse it. 3🌟’s

This carburetor made the old mower purr like it did when it was new. Fired right up, ran all morning cutting about half acre of deep grass about foot or more in some spots. New spindles blades, carburetor, spark plug, air and fuel filters and battery. Only thing left is starter kit.
