Good product. Good mixture for daily intake. You know you are getting quality ingredients unlike some of the others. Pills are larger so if you can't hack it then this probably aren't for you. But if you can drink water, you can take these. Price is worth it. Any excess will come out lime green. Don't be alarmed.
