Good backbone.
Has good backbone. Haven't hooked any "big" fish on one, but watched a guy reel in a 6' shark on one - which is why I purchased one for me.

I took it upon my risk to test rod knowing there’s a chance it will break but confident it wouldn’t.
The media could not be loaded. I made believers out of my fishing buddies about goofish rods! I have zero regrets about buying goofish products and will continue to spread the word! It’s a totally different type of feel. Less fatigue, better reel position that gives you better leverage and control over fish. I literally tried to break rod but couldn’t get it to even crack. I knew how to use the rod, so I passed the rod to a friend that has never used a jigging rod before and he had it bent under the boat and still didn’t break! Blown away at how well this rod performs!

Slow pitch jigging rod
I usually don’t purchase an off the shelf rod but after trying a friends I sold. This rod performs as well as any of my custom rods. I have caught 40 pound grouper with no problems.A great addition to any boat.

Great value for my money.
I ordered this rod this week and shipping was really fast.Just received it today and it looks really good and it is super light.I did a lot of research before I purchase this rod and this rod definitely looks and feels like a really expensive jigging rod but I think it is a really good value for my money.I can’t wait to set it up and take out on my kayak.I will definitely adding more pictures wit this review as soon as I catch my first fish with it.
